Collection: 550 Paracord

Wild Elk Paracord is manufactured in the USA and comes with a fancy name. 550 Paracord Type III Commercial. It’s manufactured to the same high specification as military paracord (of which we sell Black ). The only real difference is commercial cord is available in a wide spectrum of colours well outside the small specific colour requirements of the military. The cord features seven inner strands which are each cable twice, MilC5040H cord is cabled three times. Commercial cord is not certified for use in parachutes.
